For partners

Run CStoreComply in your metro.

We're building a network of regional operators — compliance consultants, accounting firms, and c-store industry veterans who deliver CStoreComply to local c-stores under their own brand. FasPro writes the code, supports the platform, and ships product updates. You bring the customer relationships and keep the bulk of the revenue.

What an operator is

An operator is a regional partner who delivers CStoreComply to c-stores in their territory under a co-branded subdomain (e.g. houston.cstorecomply.com).

The operator brings the customer relationships (local c-store owners they already know) and does the on-the-ground work that software can't — the in-person audits, the conversations with state inspectors, the onboarding visits. FasPro provides the platform, hosting, support, compliance research, and product roadmap.

It's an end-to-end business model: you can stand up a compliance practice in your metro without writing a line of code or hiring engineers.

Who this is a fit for

  • Compliance consultants already serving 5+ c-stores who want to scale beyond what spreadsheets allow.
  • Accounting / bookkeeping firms with a c-store client base looking to add a compliance line.
  • Former c-store / jobber operators who know the regulatory pain personally and want a software- leveraged business.
  • Multi-station owners who want to operate the platform for their own portfolio AND license it to peers in the area.

What partners get

🎨

Co-branded subdomain

Your-name.cstorecomply.com with your logo, brand color, and support email. Customers see your brand first — the platform is the engine underneath.

💸

Recurring revenue share

Predictable per-station economics. You keep the bulk of the monthly fee; FasPro takes a smaller cut for hosting + platform + product roadmap.

📊

Operator portal

See every customer in your territory at a glance — who has expiring permits, who is past due on a walkthrough, who needs a check-in. Built for active practice management.

🛠️

Zero engineering overhead

You never touch a server, a database, or a deploy pipeline. FasPro handles hosting, security, backups, and product updates. You focus on customers.

📚

Compliance research included

When PACT Act guidance changes, when TCEQ updates a form, when a state adds a new license — we audit it and update the platform. You get the new feature; your customers benefit.

Honest answers to the questions you'll have

How much can I make per station?

We don't publish the revenue split publicly because it depends on the territory and the volume commitment. Per-station economics are designed to be more attractive than the typical compliance-consulting fee since the platform does most of the work.

What's the time commitment?

Variable. The platform handles deadline tracking + paperwork automatically, so your time goes into customer relationships, in-person audits, and onboarding. Most active operators we talk to spend 5–15 hours/week per 20–30 c-stores under management.

Do I need to be a compliance expert?

Helpful but not strictly required. The platform encodes the regulations (EPA 40 CFR 280, TCEQ 30 TAC 334, PACT Act, TABC, etc.) so an operator's job is more about customer success than deep regulatory expertise. We do prefer people who already know the c-store industry.

What if my territory overlaps with another operator?

We don't double-sign territories. Each metro gets one operator. Where someone's already in your area, we'll be transparent about it on the intro call.

What does the platform actually do, in plain English?

Tracks every compliance deadline (permit renewals, monthly walkthroughs, annual self-certifications), stores the supporting documents (photos of permits, walkthrough reports, SIR PDFs), and generates an "inspector binder" — a ZIP of everything an inspector needs, accessible via a read-only share link.

Is FasPro the entity I contract with?

Yes. FasPro, LLC is the operating company for CStoreComply. We are a wholly-owned subsidiary of SIIEA Innovations, LLC — that's our parent. Operator agreements are between you and FasPro, LLC.
