Terms of service
Last updated: 2026-06-05
1. Acceptance
By creating a CStoreComply account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
2. Who provides the service
CStoreComply is operated by FasPro, LLC ("FasPro") and, where applicable, delivered through a regional partner ("Operator") shown to you on your subdomain. FasPro hosts the platform, your Operator provides local support.
3. Compliance data is yours
All data you enter — daily readings, permits, walkthrough records, photos, PDFs — belongs to you. FasPro and your Operator are processors of this data on your behalf. We don't sell it, we don't share it with third parties for marketing, and we don't use it to train models.
4. Regulatory retention (5 years)
Per EPA 40 CFR 280 and most state regulations, compliance records must be retained for at least 5 years. Even if you delete your account, compliance-relevant records (SIR reports, inspection logs, annual TCEQ filings) are retained in anonymized form for 5 years. Personal contact information is removed; the regulatory records remain available to the state agencies of record on request.
5. Pricing and billing
Pricing per station per month is shown on /pricing. Billing is monthly via Stripe. You can cancel anytime; access continues through the end of the paid period. Refunds at FasPro's discretion.
6. What CStoreComply is NOT
CStoreComply is a compliance tracking tool. It is not legal advice, not a guarantee of compliance, and not a substitute for actual regulatory expertise. Penalties, citations, and audit outcomes are between you and the relevant regulator. We make our best effort to surface deadlines and store records correctly, but you are responsible for ultimate compliance.
7. Service availability
We target 99.5% monthly uptime. Planned maintenance is announced in-app beforehand. Unplanned outages — we'll communicate and refund pro-rata if you ask.
8. Termination
Either party can terminate at any time. On termination, you have 60 days to export your data via the in-app export ZIP. After 60 days, personal data is deleted; regulatory records retain per §4.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FasPro's liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Disputes
Governed by the laws of Texas. Disputes are resolved in Harris County, Texas courts unless both parties agree to arbitration.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced via in-app banner and email at least 30 days before they take effect.
