CStoreComply is a product of FasPro, LLC — a Houston-based software company building vertical SaaS for industries the big platforms ignore.

Why we built this

US convenience stores face one of the densest compliance regimes in retail: EPA underground storage tank rules, TCEQ annual self-certification, ATF and FDA tobacco enforcement, state alcohol licensing, monthly walkthrough inspections, PACT Act for delivery. Every one of these has its own deadlines, paperwork, and penalty schedule.

Until now, the c-store owner's options were: hire a per-station compliance consultant, stitch together five different point tools, or get caught off-guard by an inspector. We built CStoreComply as the fourth option — one app, all the modules, priced so a single station can afford it.

The local-team model

Software alone doesn't solve compliance — relationships do. State inspectors want to talk to a real person. Audits need someone who knows the local regulator. Onboarding a new c-store takes hours of in-person work no remote team can replicate.

So CStoreComply ships through regional partners — local businesses who use our software as their delivery platform but bring their own customer relationships. FasPro writes the code, supports the platform, and collects a software fee. Your local partner runs the boots-on-the-ground work and keeps the rest.
